This is one of my favorite meals, so we have it a couple times a month. However, I never remember to take a picture. Finally! Here is the picture and recipe. I hope you enjoy this Easy Italian Meatloaf as much as we do!
- 2 lb lean ground beef
- 1 package Chicken Stove top Stuffing
- 1 can (14 oz) Italian-Style diced tomatoes, un-drained
- 2 large eggs lightly beaten
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup spaghetti sauce, divided
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella divided
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix everything except ¼ cup each sauce and cheese
- Shape into 9×13 cooking dish sprayed lightly on bottom
- Bake for 50 minutes
- Drain off any grease and then top the loaf with remaining sauce and cheese
- Bake an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted

This recipe sounds really delicious! I’m definitely going to try it out on the family. They love meatloaf already, so I’m sure they’ll be crazy for this one! Thanks!
To be honest, I’ve never had meatloaf and I feel as if I’m missing out on something. I will definitely have to try this sometime soon.
