Meal Planning Tip 3: Stretch it Out!

When cooking a meal for one day cook extra so you can use the extra the next night but in an entirely different meal. (Example: If you’re cooking chicken one night to have with potatoes and a veggie, cook extra so the following night you can make a chicken salad.)
