I appreciate all the emails last week from everyone wanting to know if I was ok. Yes, I was ok… up to my elbows in a kitchen rehaul, but perfectly safe and healthy. While waiting on things to dry yesterday, I dug into my vault and pulled out some not yet posted recipes and got them scheduled for this week. Sorry about last week, my kitchen is STILL a disaster. Honestly, it is REALLY hard to run a recipe blog when your kitchen is a mess.
