Now that my Shaklee Cinch items have arrived, I can eat the shakes and meal bars for the first two meals of the day and have a yummy meal for supper. With the amount of calories I have supposed to be taking in, I can almost eat my normal dinner. I just need to replace a few things to lessen the calories, leave off the biscuits, and eat smaller servings. So, my boys no longer have to eat frozen pizzas or TV dinners. I think they are also getting tired of Frito Pie. LOL!

Ok, on to my menu plan for this week:
Monday: Honestly do not see me eating
So, the boys are on their own tonight.
Tuesday: Girl Scout Stew (will use 1/2 ground turkey and 1/2 beef to try to keep the flavor the same but cut down the calories)
Wednesday: leftovers
Thursday: Loaded Chicken Breasts (I will actually use tenderloins instead of halves and low-fat cheese to keep the calorie count down), over a yummy salad. I will make loaded potatoes for the boys and leftover corn on the cob.
Friday: Pork Chop and Rice Casserole, steamed broccoli, and cooked sweet onion
