Menu Plan Monday: Staying red!

OMG, so sorry!  After being on my feet for about 10 hours Friday and spending 6 hours riding in a bus… and doing all of it with around 100 4th graders and their parents, I was exhausted.  I spent so much time doing nothing on Saturday, that my Gruve (Personal Activity Monitor) didn’t even get past red!  Yeah, that is bad.  Consequently, I didn’t get a single post up… much less my fun Pinterest Round Up.  If I can get caught up on all my other things today, I will get it going later.  If not, then we will just be missing out on it this week.

Anyway, moving on…

Menu Plan for 03/26 – 04/01/2012:

Monday: Baseball Game at 5, so Park food tonight Smile What is it about eating food at a baseball field that makes it taste so much better?

Tuesday: Roast – already pulled it out since I keep bypassing this one on the menu.

Wednesday: Girl Scout Stew

Thursday: Leftovers

Friday: Hoping for movie nights with snacks, but we shall see if I get the #CBias shop or not

About Kelli

As a busy mom of 3 active boys, I have to get supper on the table each night! I am not a celebrated chef, but the boys like my cooking and that is all that matters :-)

  1. I love that you made the Girl Scout Stew over the fire when you were a girl scout. I remember using homemade bunson burners to make french toast on our girl scout camping trips. The stew sounds great! Since I like all-in-one dishes, I would just add peas and then be done!
