Menu Plan Monday: Whole Fryer

This week, we need to tackle some leftovers, I need to get some posts scheduled, and I need to watch some Glee!  LOL!  If you are curious as to what my entire week is going to look like, be sure to head over to the main site’s menu page!  I wrote a book (almost) over there. LOL!

If you like to win goodies, be sure to head over to the deals site where I am giving away The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Easy Freezer Meals!

Monday: Fried pork chops, leftover Macaroni and Cheese, broccoli

Tuesday: Chicken (haven’t decided yet how to cook it) It is a whole fryer and I would love ideas!

Wednesday: leftovers

Thursday: Ballpark food – double header at home today!

Friday: Taco Bake

Pretty simple week, huh?  I am hoping to get our homemade mac and cheese recipe as well as some yummy pork casserole I made up the other day, posted this week. Smile

About Kelli

As a busy mom of 3 active boys, I have to get supper on the table each night! I am not a celebrated chef, but the boys like my cooking and that is all that matters :-)

  2. I checked out your Taco Bake recipe and it looks great! I make a Kraft mac-n-cheese recipe with ground beef, spaghetti sauce and corn but never thought to add some taco seasoning or mexican cheese. Those would be great additions. Visiting from over at Susie’s linky.

  3. The Taco Bake sounds just like something my 3 boys would like! I’m definitely going to try it!
