Pineapple Mocktail – Perfect for Easter!

Easter Morning Pineapple Mocktail A big brunch on Easter morning is a long-standing family tradition.  Usually simple orange juice suffices, but if you are planning something a little more fun and festive, this pineapple mocktail is delicious and unexpected.  It only takes 3 easy ingredients, but the addition of pineapple juice really adds a bright, spring-like flavor. If someone in the group doesn’t drink soda, you can just leave it out, but I really like the bubbly flavor it gives to the juice.

Kids and adults will ask for seconds!  If you would like to make a big batch, punch-style, you can do that too. Just add 2 parts pineapple juice to 2 parts soda to 1 part orange juice. You can top it with orange sherbet to up the fun factor and make it creamier.  Enjoy, and Happy Easter!

    • Thanks, Lori! I am a big fan of mocktails because I do NOT want to tempt my kids by having alcohol in my house. Sometimes, I like to pretend. LOL!
