Rainbow Fruit and Vegetable Plate Recipe

Rainbow Fruit Plate

Add a little fun to your fruit and veggie plate by turning it into a rainbow.

As you can see in the picture, we’ve even found some gold at the end of our rainbow

There are so many possibilities with putting this plate together and whether you are completely authentic and do all 7 colors of the rainbow or just 5 or 6, it’s completely up to you!

Here are some ideas for the colors of the rainbow…

Red

Strawberries, red peppers, radish, apples, huckleberries, raspberries, rhubarb, tomatoes and watermelon

Orange

Carrots, orange pepper, oranges, cantaloupe, squash, peaches, papaya and apricots.

Yellow

Yellow tomatoes, yellow watermelon, yellow peppers, yellow apples, baby corn and pineapple.

Green

Celery, green pepper, avocado, green apples, peas, honeydew, kiwi,  broccoli and zucchini.

Blue / Indigo / Violet

Blackberries, blueberries, black currants, plums, purple grapes and egg plant.
