Roasted Red Pepper Dip

Roasted Red Pepper Triscuit Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 jar (7 oz.) roasted red peppers, well drained
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • ⅛ tsp. hot pepper sauce
  • TRISCUIT Thin Crisps

Instructions
  1. PLACE all ingredients except crackers in blender, blend until smooth.
  2. SPOON into tightly covered container.
  3. REFRIGERATE several hours or until chilled.
  4. SERVE as a dip with the crackers.
