Pizza Pinwheels Recipe

This actually makes a double batch, but I can’t imagine anyone wanting to make less than this 
Ingredients
- 2 cans of crescent rolls
- 1 pkg of pepperoni slices
- 1 large bag of shredded mozzarella (equal to 4 cups)
- 2 egg yolks
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Roll out crescent rolls, but pinch together the diagonal lines to create rectangles.
- In a large mixing bowl combine the cheese and egg yolks.
- Spread cheese mixture over the dough.
- Top cheese with pepperoni slices.
- Roll them into a log, starting from the short end.
- After you rolling, slice them and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 8 minutes.
